The Short Attention Span Philosopher #317

#317 Unusual biblical passages. Religions cherry pick the bible for everything that shores up their theology and ignore the rest. There’s some pretty bizarre stuff there. The codified text is a mash of oral traditions that didn’t¬†necessarily¬†agree. Trying to pin down the name of Moses’ father-in-law is a good example. Hats off to Roger Crumb’s Genesis.
